Moderate to severe, growing pains usually occur in children between the ages of 3 and 12 and last a few minutes to a few hours, disrupting sleep and causing irritability. They appear periodically, most often in the evening and at night, and are generally felt in front of the legs, in the popliteal fossa (behind the knees) and in the calves. The affected area may change from time to time and is not accompanied by any signs of inflammation.
The Mini Pousse Gel helps with relaxation and provides a feeling of well-being. Helps return to sleep.
To relieve discomfort, apply a small amount of GOM.MEE Mini Pousse Gel to the affected area, then gently massage from foot to knee without going down. Then repeat as needed.
